Lonnie Pryor Signs with Tampa Bay

#1

Saw on Twitter that Pryor chose to sign with Tampa Bay. Apparently we were prepared to raise him to the active roster too, but he wanted to go to the Bucs instead.

Thats odd he's been on our PS all year, I dont get why he would chose a TB over us, now if it was a playoff team I could understand

Maybe he sees that our coaching staff generally sucks (other than Jerry Sullivan) , and thinks he has a better chance to be successful elsewhere.

(his point of view) hence the "maybe".

He's from OkeeChobee FL so maybe he just wanted to be closer to home?

So we can make whatever [BLEEP] claim we want as long as we add maybe.

I see.

Nobody wants to play for the Jags. Not even our practice squad players. Good luck to us landing any tier 1 Free Agents.

That's a massive improvement from the usual. 'Incidental point A + incidental point B = [insert latest focus of shtick name here] sucks and those who don't see it are morons.'

Tampa Bay already has 2 FB's on the active roster.  Pryor may get an opportunity to compete for a backup RB position due to their injuries at the position.

Respect the game.  Play with a sense of urgency.

1.)  Take care of the ball.  Win the turnover battle.

2.)  It's all about 3rd down.  Win on 3rd down to win the game.

3.) Playmakers make plays.  The only reason that you put your uniform on is to make plays. In order to EARN your paycheck, you must make plays.

Learn from the great collapse of 2023.

Yeah, I'd be rushing down there to play for Schiano.

Or maybe, in the real world, he and his agent reviewed the situation and thought he had a much better chance of getting playing time with the Bucs.

Well thats just great. Now we get to hear Mad Dog complain about Bradley for the next 3 years despite him showing signs that hes making an impact despite 70% of the roster not even belonging in the NFL.

Bradley hired a very suspect coaching staff. We have 2 of the weakest Coordinator hires in the business. It was said in the beginning that a key for Bradley succeeding as head coach would be the quality of assistant coach hires - particularly being the Coordinators...well, Fisch was a guy that bounced around/ couldn't hang around for more than a year or 2 at any job in COLLEGE, and Babich was a failure as an NFL DC despite being on a team that had a good amount of defensive talent in Chicago. The defenses were more productive on either side of Babich's tenure there.

yeah Schiano is so well respected in the NFL, good one

think it has more to do with personel, their OL is really good at run blocking, as they just had a RB last week that nobody's heard of run for about 140, move makes sense to me as nobody's gonna have success running behind our line.
