Could be getting some firepower back for this Sunday

Quote:Odrick does plays 3 tech. alualu main position 5 tech, when 3 tech rotated for Miller.
Yea... Now I'm sure you don't watch the games.

Go rewatch some games. Tell me how often Tyson lines up at 5 tech.

Quote:I said decent. Ziggy Hood, in my opinion, is not "quality" depth. He was also signed a year earlier, before Senderrick was hurt.

The point is that they still banked on him being the short term starter until Marks got back.

Quote:1. Yes, I'm sure Gus Bradley has no say in what players we sign.

2. I'm not ignoring Odrick, he's not a defensive tackle. We needed a 5 tech anyway, regardless of Senderrick playing or not. Also, a 6th round pick isn't exactly good insurance for your team's most valued defensive player. God forbid we signed a decent backup DT. We only knew for about 6 months that Marks would be out.
1. No, he doesn't have any say in the players they sign. I'm sure he can make a suggestion or give his opinion, but the choice on whether or not they sign a player ultimately falls on Caldwell's shoulders.

2. Odrick plays both 5 tech and 3 tech and Bennett was considered a 2nd round draft pick by most draftnicks. Also you conveniently forgot to address my point on Hood.

Alualu was resigned primarily to play LDE, not to backup Marks. End of story. Check the depth chart.

I just checked the depth chart, I stand corrected.

Things have changed recently but when he was resigned it was as an LDE, not as a contingency plan for Marks. Looks like they are shuffling players.

He plays 3 tech on passing downs.

I addressed the Hood point. He was signed last year, before Marks got hurt.

His signing was not to provide depth for Marks. He's a versatile player but according to your complaint, doesn't quite fit. Yes, check an older depth chart.

So Odrick doesn't rotate inTo DT mr I watch everything?

Alualu wasn't signed to be a decent backup for Marks.

Yes, your point was adding depth for an Injured Marks, which would have been addressed in the past.

Boss? Ok, you're that guy. Odrick often plays 3 tech. Do you argue that?

You just said he plays 3 tech on passing downs, correct? I gave you two plays to reference that that isn't always the case.

They rotate everyone. I've seen damn Ryan Davis play 3 tech.

This is especially funny because you agreed to Knarnn referring to Odrick as depth for Marks...but he plays 5 tech...

You know what team we are talking about on this board, right?
