1. in jacksonville

2. he's not making impact plays

I tried to tell everyone that he was pathetic in coverage.

They told me not worry about Smith. Or he should be the least of my worries.

Is this from PFF? If so, I wouldn't take it that serious. There are no doubts he has his struggles in pass coverage, but he is flying all over the field. If the defensive line doesn't do their job, Telvin will get eaten up because of his smallish size.

You cannot hire a head coach and dictate who his assistants are going to be. No decent head coaching candidate would agree to that because it would mean he had no authority. The GM would be setting himself up as head coach in that situation.

He was fine in coverage last year I thought.
