Hey, calm down guys. Give the OP a chance. Let's think about this reasonably.
Why has the defense struggled so much this year? Because they can't catch their breath, given the constant turnovers by Bortles. Henne will hold onto the ball and give the defense at least a three-and-out to rest. Why do the receivers drop so many passes? Because Bortles throws the ball too hard. Henne will be more gentle. Why does the running game struggle so much? Because the opposition doesn't fear Bortles. Henne will make them pee their pants (laughing at how we somehow are even more inept with him under center). I mean, there are positives to be found in any situation. Sounds like Henne will make the team better! |
