He will be drafted 1st overall.  He also stated he is a die hard Jaguar fan since he was a child.

Bortles will be drafted in the first, probably top 10 so they wont be a Bortles-Clowney combo

He should go in the first. He keeps improving and after each game I get less and less confident he returns.

Correction --- Rutgers was ranked #122 against the Pass   -- per the article, Rutgers allowed FOUR 400 yard passers this season prior to the UCF game.

Yes, Rutgers in fact sucks against the pass. Bortles capitalized on it, at least he didn't go out there and struggle.

A friend of mine said his dad spoke with Blake's dad who mentioned he was returning. So, take that for what it's worth. (Which is next to nothing)

I've heard similar so I don't think it means nothing. He could definitely use some refining. I only say he may leave because I've grown accustomed to my football teams letting me down.
