The talent on the team is getting better and it's via mostly the draft.  You don't build a long-term contender by giving away draft picks which are the life blood of a well-ran NFL franchise.

 

And yes, the division is up for grabs, but that's only because it's arguably the worst division in the NFL which isn't saying much.

I agree about Willie Young but Curry is a legit instant, young impactful upgrade.

Which raises the very real question of how much the Eagles would want for him. He was a second-round pick, after all. My concern is that the Eagles would be looking for a fourth-round pick when, honestly, I don't think Curry is worth that much right now.

You also don't win games if you can't get pressure on the QB. So yeah, lets hold onto those 6th and 7th round picks who will be on the practice squad next year instead of an instant upgrade to help us here and now. Great idea.
