Quote:We should have got Cooper with the # 1. Best DE available in round 2.

Hindsight is 20/20

As inept as our pass rush is, I think they chose the right guy this year.

Eh, the pass-rushing talent is better next year's draft than this past one. Doubt we'd suck enough to be in the running for Bosa, but someone like Dadi Nicholas or Leonard Floyd have the makings of being a pretty good LEO.

Jaylon Smith at OTTO if Bosa is gone

Not a good year to try to draft a #1 receiver IMO

Smith's gonna be a top 5/6 pick, IMO.

Yeah, the only one I could see being a true #1 is Dural.

Treadwell, dude is big and explosive. Also Demarcus Robinson out of Florida is pretty good 2

Treadwell is Justin Blackmon 2.0 (the player)

Treadwell/ Coleman/ Boyd are all stud receivers

Unless the Jaguars hire Ryan Grigson as GM, I don't see them taking a receiver in the first round

Treadwell reminds me a bit of Allen Robinson and Alshon Jeffery. Good player.

There is no way the Jaguars take a receiver in the 1st round. They'll be picking in the top 10 and have much greater needs on defense. There are no Megatron-like receivers who would be worthy of this pick this year. Caldwell will go with what he has at this position for one more year and hope that Lee can finally remain injury-free. If this does happen (unlikely), the receiving corps should be solid.

Yep.

I'd be shocked if they take WR before the fourth round, personally.

Greene was playing really well for us before the hand injury and hurns and robinson are both still playing well. Our defense not so much so I would just focus on defense in the draft.

I would be shocked if we picked a WR in the 1st. Not enough value and we have bigger needs. I am, however, okay with picking a big receiver in the late rounds like Corey Davis.
New signature because HIGH SCORE found the periodic table offensive. Pathetic LOL

No reason to get a WR. We have a ton of offensive weapons and two WRs on pace to go over 1000 yards receiving.
