That long play to Ace was a great play-call. He faked the pick to the outside and cut it back in.

Oh no doubt. We're in agreement there. We definitely need to expand the playbook past just slants, something that wasn't really done under JDR since '08. I'd just rather see them call some more slants as opposed to the screens that rarely work. At least with the slant, if you catch the ball, you're guaranteed some positive yards. :thumbsup:

I've been making fun of Branch for most of the season, saying he typically makes one good play a week at most, but, credit where it's due; he's been a breath of fresh air from the DE position. He's honestly one of the better pass-rushers this team has seen since AK, which, granted isn't saying most. But considering he looked like a complete bust last year, its nice to see him turn it around a bit.
