One game out of the playoff race. Unbelievable (merged)

The tacks have a really good running game.  Their D is also very good.  However, we've faced alot of tough D's lately.  We might just be used to it.

The main issue we have right now is that our O-Line cannot pass protect worth a darn.  It's gotten to the point that I don't think BB5 trusts his pass protection.  This is a problem.

You guys are setting yourselfs up for a disappointment. We will not win the division.

Whether we win the division or not, how often can we say that we're at least in the running into week 10?!?

Been a long long time..

Let's be honest. Offense was terrible today and we still won.

We get some home loving in Thursday and the offense will come back on point. Not scared of their position players.

Probably not but should we just give up? Being pessimistic is no fun...

Shhhhhh...

No need to worry about reality right now.  We freakin' won!  We have a better chance right now than we did before this game.  The odds were that we were gonna lose this game.  WE won!

Let's worry about our chances after the tacks game on Thursday, shall we?

One game at a time.  The division games are extremely important.  But the Jags also needed a non-division win to have a realistic chance.  They got it today.  Win their remaining 4 division games and the Jags could be in great shape.

Trophies for everyone !

I wanna stomp a winning team 43-9

Wow... I'm very happy for the win. Winning tends to breed more winning, as losing tends to breed more losing. So two wins out of the past three games is a big deal. Let's hope it will help to start instilling a 'winning mentality' on the team.

That being said... 'win their remaining 4 division games'? The probability is quite slim of that, you do realize that don't you?

I wouldn't say trophies for everyone.. Bradley sounded glad we won but by no means did he sound happy with how we played and nor should he be.

Presuming the Texans lose to the Bengals, this will be the AFC S standings after Monday...

Colts 4-5

Texans 3-6

Jaguars 3-6

Titans 2-7

This team almost transforms week to week in terms of what group is good and what's bad. Who knows which groups will step up or drop the ball vs. Tenn on Thursday? just win the game, whatever it takes.

Make no mistake, Flacco is a solid QB... Bortles had a bad day, but didn't lose the game for us, all though he did try. That pass in the 4th should have been INT, he got lucky dude dropped it. Bortles is second guessing himself, he seems timid and afraid to make mistakes...He is not seeing the field right either, couple of times today he totally missed wide open receivers.... He needs to snap out of it.

Quote:If you were to tell me a 3-6 team is in playoff contention I would think your nuts.  But here we are.

The Ravens are a better team than Tennessee so we should be able to win this Thursday.  If the Jags do a win a very winnable game they are tied with Indy.

I know considering the team only has 3 wins and the way they played this year... but the rest of their schedule is very easy (easier than the rest of the AFC South teams) so their is a chance... small as it maybe...

Then Thursday show down Jaguars vs Titans!   Zimmerman wants revenge on GM Dave Caldwell firing him for HC Gus Bradley...

the big question is can Gus out coach the guy they fired for poor performance?
