You know, there are actually other QB's we can draft besides Bridgewater, right guys?

Also, there have been plenty of QB's taken outside of the first pick in the draft that have been quite successful.

I guess I should just go cry in a corner because we won a game. Makes a ton of sense. Especially considering that I have 0 control of what happens in the game.

Yeah I don't feel for Texan fans. With the talent they have, Texans are ready made to win with a good QB. Draft will take care of itself but man I could see us in QB hell again next year.

We can just take one of the other QBs like we did in 2011!

Our secondary is looking promising. Add Barr and our defense would be looking dangerous

Sure there are.  But if he winds up the best QB in the class... and he goes to the Texans, that means we're going to face Bridgewater and Luck twice a year.

I was wrong about Trent Baalke.

Get used to the annual, "We play for Pride" portion of the season.

Lowest common denominators excited over instant gratification and not looking towards what's important, becoming a playoff calibur team.

Color me surprised.

Who needs a franchise qb and ticket sales boosts when we can have a road win against a 2 win Texans team.

Quote:Your acting like people want to tank just to see the team suck, people who want to tank are saying it for a better long term future, saying suck on it is just dumb, we are all Jaguar fans and are happy to win no reason for that kind of attitude.

How about saying suck on this win to the Texans and their fans

I see the argument behind "tanking." I'm not going to fault any true fan for thinking its better to lose and get a better draft position.

But let's not kid ourselves. Today showed that there's a couple of "tankers" here who aren't really Jags fans.

No, NO, it must be Bridgewater.

If we take a DE in the first, we can repeat our sub-4 win season again next year.

I was wrong about Trent Baalke.

Looking at the schedule...sad to say it, I can see us winning the next 4 games.

Jacksonville has the SOS edge right now, I believe, so they'd still get the #1 pick.
