***Official Jaguars Vs. Titans Thursday Night Football Game Thread***

I think it is going to be a tough, but interesting game tonight. Here is another breakdown of the matchup later:

LOL I don't think so. The pictures look more like gold to me. But the teal looks blue from what I have seen.

Fortunately the NFL did a colorblind test this time (in response to the complaints on Twitter last week) and it passed. Rico should be OK.

I love our blue, but not sure I'm wild about the all blue everything. The gold or whatever it is looks hideous IMO. Should have gone all black.

We learned in the Sunday School who made the sun shine through. I know who made the moonshine too, back where I come from.

Black is the normal color for Jaguars home games. The idea here is to wear something different, which means gold because Jacksonville has a teal alternate jersey (with black numbers). That is why the Bills wore red last week.

Aren't the Titans wearing white helmets?

Yeah helmets aren't changing.

Elliott Harrison picked the Jaguars 27-20.

Quote:Doing it. Taking the plunge ... picking Jacksonville to win Thursday night. It's not because theTitans are much worse, either. How is Tennessee going to defend Allen Robinson and Allen Hurns when it had a middling day versus the Panthers' pass catchers last week? (No offense, but Ted Wells' mustache catches more things than Ted Ginn Jr.) Moreover, the Titans must be able to provide Marcus Mariota with balance. Antonio Andrews -- everyone's waiver-wire fantasy darling last week -- ran for 8 yards at 0.7 yards per pop against the Panthers. That's not even three feet per carry. On the other side, Blake Bortles has thrown a pick in five straight games.

Remember when ... Charlie Whitehurst got the start at Jacksonville last year and, bless his heart, put the Titans in position to win? Of course, it ended like this. #TENvsJAX

Yes, I do remember how the TNF game last year ended. Great way to finish a game and get paid for it.

Notice Harrison is another guy who thinks the Allens are good receivers by saying they are hard to defend. I"m loving it.

The Allens are very good, I don't know anybody who would deny that this year. Hurns is an iron man and AR15 can play with the best of them, including the big day he had against Revis.

Im going to be shattered tomorrow but dont dare miss this one

This could be the game that's sets us up to just miss out on the playoffs

Oh man Robinson was awesome against Revis. The compliments just keep on coming. One reason I like Hurns is his toughness. I am looking forward to when average NFL fans, not just the media, start saying good things about them every week.

Every division loss increases our chances of missing the playoffs. But we still will not be out of the race if we lose tonight.

We need the 12th Jag to step up tonight!

This team is mentally screwed if we lose tonight. Tonight's game is the most important game of Bradley's tenure.

To think otherwise is insane. The entire fan base will be deflated if we lose to another rookie QB on a dreadful team.

Agreed big time. Everyone thinks we are turning the corner and to fall flat on our face tonight would be devastating.

Andrew Siciliano tweeted this, which I found on NFL.com:

Jaguars are 3-6, yet one game out of 1st place after 10 games for the first time since 2010.

Go jags! Smash em!

Thinking this is the biggest game of Gus Bradley's tenure is insane. Like it or not, there is zero chance he will be fired at the end of the season. Shad Khan said so.

Enlighten me, which game in Bradley's career has been bigger than this????????? I can't wait to read this one.

Hoping you enlighten me before I leave for the game.

LOL You act like this game will determine either whether we make the playoffs or how much time left Gus Bradley has left to coach the Jaguars. Neither of those ideas are accurate. That is what I am getting at. This game is big only because of the kickoff time; otherwise it is just like any other home game against Tennessee (besides the ugly uniforms).

Quote:Can't wait to see the gold jersey. From what little I've seen they look good. Idk how it'll look with gold pants. But those tops are super cute.

Cute? Not usually the term used to describe a football jersey.
What in the Wide Wide World of Sports is agoin' on here???
