It costs Nike a lot of money to make them, right? And who has to buy them? The Jaguars, of course. Tell me how I am wrong about that.

The NFL doesn't pay a single cent to Nike for any jerseys. Nike pays for the right to supply the NFL with jerseys and to make and sell the replica jerseys. That's how sponsoring works.

 

This whole colour thing was probably an idea from Nike in order the market a whole different set of merchandising. If this wastes money they never would have even attempted it.

I guess that explains the gold/mustard colored jerseys. They were presented by a person who was colorblind.

 

It is obvious blue vs. teal would be a problem. Teal is a combination of blue and green. But they did not have to make the entire uniform gold.

I heard is was just to get people to watch these boring TNF games. Next year every team is going to have a new uni for TNF.
