If the Gators lose today, will Muschamp be on the hot seat?

He has the ad's full vote of confidence. You guys are stuck with Muschamp.

Muschamp is blaming the offense, setting up Pease to be the fall guy.   The problem is, with  and without Pease, the Gators have been below 100th place in offense for 3 years now.

And then there's the defense.   Defending the triple option is pure assignment football.   And yet the Gators give up over 400 yards rushing to a lower division team and lose in spite of Ga Southern not completing one single pass.

Blame the injuries if you want, but Ga Southern only has 65 scholarships, and they've had a lot of injuries, too.

The Gators are a poorly coached team.

SHHHHHHHHH!!!! Muschamp is a great coach. We don't need these types of negative comments around here.

This team has quit on Mushchamp, plain and simple.

Letting go of Peaze makes sense and is justifiable. Firing Muschamp just makes him the scapegoat.

Whether someone has a liberal, or conservative viewpoint, a authoritative figure should not lock a thread for the sole purpose to get the last word in all the while prohibiting someone else from being able to respond.

It also allows Florida to begin searching for a head coach that doesn't suck at his job.

That's all we heard all year was Muschamp was a defensive minded coach. Someone lied.

Actually it's been 35 years since the gators have been this bad. Since 1979 and that is a fact.

Firing Pease is the scapegoat, not vice versa.

So you don't still think the gators were good and are average now?

They were before the injuries.  I also think there is a motivation problem.  They played SC close, but then they obviously had an emotional let down this week.  The SC game clearly took it all out of them.

Are you kidding?  You don't lose to a FCS team in year 3-4 and keep your job.  Even beating FSU wouldn't save his job.  Just like it didn't save Zook.

The AD said 1,000%. I don't know about you, but that is a pretty huge vote of confidence.

And you called bigjohn delusional. There are bad teams who play good teams close. Bad teams though lose. And really bad teams go 0-6 in 6 straight games (soon to be 7).
