***Official New England Patriots at Denver Broncos Thread***

#1

Game of the Week is coming up! The Denver Broncos host the New England Patriots on Sunday Night Football. It is widely considered to be for the #1 seed in the AFC, with the loser being #2, even though either team can finish with a better record. This is New England's best chance of losing because Denver has one of the NFL's best defenses (although DeMarcus Ware is out with a back injury) and Danny Amendola will not play. Brock Osweiler will start for injured Peyton Manning again. He played well in his first career start against the Bears last week. This will be a fun game to watch.

The game is televised at 8:30 on NBC with Al Michaels, Cris Collinsworth, and Michele Tafoya. Have fun everybody, and GO BRONCOS!

There is always a chance. They could have lost to the Jets and Bills.

Very sure. It will be close and a defensive battle for sure but I see Brady getting the better of the Broncos rather than Osweiler getting the better of the Patriots.

Gronk and Lafell will do enough I think, I don't usually ever support the Pats but I have money on the game so..

Does it matter? Everyone on the Patriots plays with purpose and acts like their careers are on the line.

Also, Gronk and Lafell are still there. Unstoppable.

Belichick isnt going to let Osweiler ball on him...I just dont see it happening for Denver.

I think Osweiler is going to be a good QB in this league.

Perhaps having all of those weapons around him makes him look better, but he certainly looks like he can play QB - even back in his days at AZ State.

Cris Collinsworth said a common problem for him is holding the ball too long after his first read. That was what happened on the 14-yard sack.

I see. Send my apologies to the GOAT for doubting him.

Gronk is being carted off the field.  That's not good....the injuries keep piling up for the Pats.
