Gabbert

Quote:Is anyone watching this? If he drives down the field and beats the Cardinals that will all but confirm that this franchise is snakebitten. I've watched Gabbert's last three starts, he's an impressive looking player man, I'm happy for him. The guy has all the physical and mental tools to develop into a franchise QB, he processes information fast and is usually pretty accurate, he also has one of the quicker releases in the league. Bill Romanowski dropped this little nugget (http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/201...aepernick/) last week, Gabbert (as a backup) was studying 4-5 times more than Kaepernick, the kid has the work ethic and skills to develop into a top tier QB, I'm excited for him because he didn't get a fair chance here in Jville. In the world of fantasy football everyone wants instant gratification and wants to see instant results, when guys like Blake Bortles and Blaine Gabbert don't play "well" right away the media writes them off, even though both guys were deemed as "raw" coming out of college, both guys weren't even supposed to play right away. I'm glad for the kid, his introduction to Jacksonville was the perfect storm for failure. JDR was coaching for his job and threw him into the fire too soon. He was only 2 seasons removed from playing high school. He entered the league during a lockout. He had no training camp. He had a porous offensive line. He had receivers who aren't even in the league anymore. He had no running game support.
I mean, you just couldn't ask for a larger debacle. Regards.....................the Chiefjag

He did get the last great year for MJD though.
I survived the Gus Bradley Error.
I'll be rooting for him. At the very least he will have a decent career as a fringe starter/backup. His throwing motion is still a thing of beauty.

Quote:Harbaugh isn't there anymore. I know, but he was when we traded Gabbert to the 49ers. Maybe that did him some good. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
The Bears safety that got torched on the game winner? None other than Chris Prosinski!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J5QmXTRfqGU Wow. The new Gabbert.
Gabbert was 18/32 for 196 and 1 TD and Bortles was 24/36 for 322 and 5 TDs and people are seriously asking if Gabs is better?
I have to question the intelligence of some of the people here.
