***Official Minnesota Vikings at Arizona Cardinals Thread***

Quote:How can you be scared of those teams? Arizona is the one to be afraid of because nobody else can catch up with Carolina in playoff seeding at this point.

Carolina has not clinched home field advantage #1 seed yet. They are likely to get the #1 seed. However, they are only 2 games ahead with 4 left to play. Arizona only has 3 left to play,, already notching a win this week.

I will save this discussion for my playoff thread, but what I meant to say was ZNation should be more afraid of the Cardinals than the Packers and Seahawks.

It's easy....because I watch football and they are both better teams. Plus they've won SB and know how to win in Jan. Palmer has won, what, one playoff game?

We really only have a 1 game lead because the Cards hold the tiebreaker.

The Cards can't catch us MissJag....we control our own destiny. Only thing that can happen is we fall back to them.

No, read what I'm quoting. Apparently ESPN is calling the Vikings a SB favorite.

Quote:I'm picking the Cards as well, but I'm nervous. After the Vikings blowout loss the Hawks, I have this feeling the might rebound with one of the their better games. Still, will that be enough to beat the Cards especially with those injuries. I think this game is closer than some are thinking.

  Good call!

The Vikings would very likely would have won this game if not for their 3 fumbles.

The Cardinals decision to sign Dwight Freeney earlier this season paid huge dividends for them.   While Freeney is in the final season or two of his career,   his game winning sack/ fumble is an illustration of why he belongs in the Pro Football HOF in several years.    Teddy Bridgewater held on to the ball too long.    Yet,  that doesn't take away from the excellent play Freeney made against LT Matt Kalil.

Quote:The Cardinals aren't as impressive as the national media hypes them up to be. A crappy offsides call kept them from losing that game.

Oh...and Minny is terrible.
I would almost be willing to bet money that the Cardinals drop your Panthers from the playoffs if they play.

And that isn't a knock on Carolina. Palmer is playing out of his mind.

"Almost"? I am willing to take that bet.

Cam is playing out of his mind. So is Luke, Josh, Stewart, Olsen, Thomas David, Kurt Coleman our O line.
