Jaguars Coverage
|
I am not about to apologize for this post. I have just watched FOX Sports show every game replay they could with at least one play being shown. Until of course the very last game. Jaguars Vs. Colts. We garnered a display of the score only. 51-16? I'm old school but seriously looking at online support only.

CBS stupidly chose to show Wisnewski's bad snap for a Colts score, but not an 80-yard touchdown by our offense. C'mon. man! Did they want people to think we only made big plays for the wrong team in the first half?
Saw the same thing. Arguably the most unexpected score of the week and not even one highlight
IT WAS ALWAYS THE JAGS
Yeah, I saw that too. They were showing highlights from every game, then they get to the Jags game, and just put up the score. They could have at least shown one clip. I bet if the Colts had won, they would have shown something.
I was wrong about Trent Baalke.

I couldn't give a lepers toe what the media thinks.
We did have two articles about our offense on Sports illustrated this week so its not like we're being shunned.
I do think it's funny that we aren't on any of the "In the Hunt" graphics even though we technically aren't out if it yet.
Either the city name would skew the font size in the 3rd column and make it look bad or they simply know who our coach is.

Quote:I do think it's funny that we aren't on any of the "In the Hunt" graphics even though we technically aren't out if it yet. Why? The "In The Hunt" column obviously has always been for wild card hunters and we have zero chance of getting in that way.

Quote:Once again... Incorrect. You can believe what you want, but we are on the brink of being eliminated from playoff contention. I focus on realistic expectations.
Quote:Once again... Incorrect. Care to explain how the Jaguars can get into the playoffs with a wildcard berth? At 5-8 it is highly unlikely (not 0 chance, but the odds are definitely against that). There are 10 kinds of people in this world. Those who understand binary and those who don't.

I didn't say they could make the wildcard. I said she was incorrect in assuming the "in the hunt" was for teams vying for the wildcard. Try and keep up. So should the Jaguars be on the "in the hunt" graphics on sports sites/television programs? There is pretty much a zero chance of a wildcard berth, and a divisional win is also pretty unlikely, though not out of the question. There are 10 kinds of people in this world. Yes, as long as we are still mathematical in it then yes I expect the logo to be present. If the Cowboys were in our situation, I guarantee you they would be on every sports site/television program.

If the Cowboys were in our situation, I guarantee you they would be on every sports site/television program. Never expect the logo to be present just because it should be. The media has always hated Jacksonville since Tom Coughlin was fired. It is what it is. |
