Though considering he is already better at that than bortles was, all he needs is a wr who can make receptions downfield. Mariota's superior football iq, awareness, throwing mechanics and footwork, and his athleticism give him a much higher ceiling.

I totally agree Bortles is raw and hasn't got close to his ceiling. He is also on target to throw over 36 td's so that's a scary prospect for you.

The belief the Bortles is a top QB and the contradictory information that shows he isn't really close. If you're being earnest I have papers that I've written, or that I've used in my research that would much more clearly explicate the phenomenon.

You know who bortles reminds me of? Fitzpatrick. He is a strong armed gunslinger with good athletically and a knack for tough plays but is wildly inconsistent and good for at least a couple total idiotic mistakes per game.

Please. You only HOPE Don Ho throws 30-13 in a season.
