She should be flagged for that illegal throat slash gesture. Bring her to my chamber and she shall be penalized.

I'm sure she'd look at it as a true form of punishment too. :woot:

Quote:I'm still not buying it, Cook dominated their defense and showed that they are just ok. Florida's gain this year was on offense, but whether that was due to the coach or the steroid-infused QB we don't know yet.
A dominating performance is not 16 yards or so a quarter for three quarters. To dominate would have been to be around 40-50 a quarter.

Again, that's fine but it's not the entire game. 26 for 183 and 2 scores is domination.

Oy vey, Jags defenses in the past, especially during the Gabbert era, were given a pass when break downs happened in the second half because they just wore down in the second half.  The offense was so bad they just wilted under the pressure.

Is it not possible that's what happened here?  That's all his argument is....they got tired and their offense was breaking down in front of their eyes.  They had no hope.

Sure sure, they're great.

Great game, yup. A dominating performance or "Exposing" something, no. You're fixated on numbers. No need to watch the games.

Again, you're missing the point.  Nobody is saying that Dalvin Cook is a horrible running back, in fact, most people think he got the raw end of the deal when it came to the Heisman voting.  All that he was saying was that during that game the Florida defense played really strong for 3 quarters and only buckled when the game was decided and their offense made them stay on the field for long stretches.

It's not rocket science that a tired defense gives up more yards.  As a reference, did anyone see the Bills 30 for 30 on ESPN this past weekend?  It talked about how they did the modified hurry up offense against the Raiders for the first time.  The Raiders weren't ready for it and had to use timeouts on the first drive to recover.  Jim Kelly said he could see Howie Long winded on the first drive, that's when he knew they had them.  Conditioning matters.

Because I love UF! Duh!

By the way, Jameis is doing much better than I thought he would in the NFL.  It will be interesting to see how he does going forward.  He's pulled some nice tricks out of his hat during games this year.

Only time I've watched him was when I tried to last night, but I couldn't get past those god awful uniforms long enough to actually see much of the game.

The UF has a great defense idea is just more SEC puffery. They are average at best.

Winston has the tools to be good if they can protect him, that Rams rush last night was something I'd like to see out of the Jags in a few years.

If it was "Puffery", then Cook would have shredded them for four straight quarters. Point is, he was absolutely shut down for three quarters.

Maybe you are right though, because puffery.

Point is he ran for almost 200 and two scores. You're simply over-granulating to make a point.

And you only see numbers. Cook exposed Florida's defense, you are right. Almost 200 yards.

He was just another RB who exposed them this season. What I saw was a guy who should've gotten 40 carries in that game only get 20. Had the OC pounded him instead of only giving him the ball 8 times in the first half it would've been a 300 yard day.

If you're known by your critics I'm happy that you have that opinion of me.

It's true, but somehow I can't help but point out the lunacy.
