So, What Do You Want For Christmas?

#1

Pretty simple question.

For me, it wouldn't be anything material. I think it would be just 2 things. First, the health and happiness of my family and friends. Second, I would love to forget the word cancer.

That's about it for me. How about everyone else?

New underwear would be nice. 8 year old me would be appalled.

Snow.  I'd love to see a white Christmas.  And I know my kids would absolutely love it.

Including good health for my family, friends and myself, I want a Jeep Wrangler. But I want that every year.

And I won't be seeing Star Wars until my return from Jacksonville/Lake City around the new year so I can watch it with my husband- so seeing it spoiler free is something I'd like.

Anything else I truly want is not possible so I don't think about it.

I would hope that for you and me both.

Golf lessons. My game is in the gutter and I haven't touched a club in 3 months.

I didn't know golf had gutters. I thought only bowling had gutters.

Funny thing.  My wife and I were just discussing this.  I want to do and find a meaningful charitable thing to do this Christmas season.  We'll do the usual thing with giving a random shopper a $ gift.  I usually try to pick out a younger woman with children.

This year our plan is to go out and buy some coats from goodwill, "travel packs" of toothpaste, toothbrush, deodorant, soap, etc. at the local CVS/Walgreens and underwear (mainly men's in size 30-42).  We also are going to purchase some gift cards for local grocery/anything stores (Walmart, Target) in a certain amount.  We are going to make some "gift packages" and plan on distributing them to the homeless around town this weekend.

Hopefully this effort will help somebody to have a Merry Christmas this year.

To have the Jaguars discussed on TV as a viable competitive football team rather than quickly mentioned with dismissive comments. Is there any other football team in the league that is more roundly ignored than the Jaguars?

To have everyone stay safe and out of harms way on Christmas eve. I'm not a well-wisher normally, but I am on duty Christmas eve night shift, and the life of an Ambulance Man in the UK over the festive period is pretty hectic.

Also, I wish my friends, loved ones and acquaintances (which includes all of you-all) to have a great Christmas.

..Merry Christmas all... and to my transgender friend... Eat, Drink and be Mary!..
