Bortles int killed the jags!

The defense letting the Falcons control the ball for 75% of the 4th quarter is what killed us.

The defense that couldn't get a damn stop on third downs didn't help
BLEEDING TEAL IN COLORADO SINCE 95.......GO JAGS
Why is the board so extreme after a loss. It's either all on Blake or not on him at all. He contributed to the loss, but there were many reasons for the loss.
Quote:Basically what the topic says.. If he doesnt throw that pick we win plain and simple... He had a chance to redeem hiself but he just couldnt make the throws.. Great year tho!Yo...boy, I'll pay you the complement of thinking that you know enough about football to realize that no one player 'kills' a team's chance to win...(unless we're talking about Jason Myers missing the game winning field goal on the last play of the game). The stupidity is strong in this thread.
You either die as a good poster, or live long enough to become the troll.
Quote:And his missed pass to Hurns at the end He's who I was making him out to be. But I'd take the good with the bad. Always. Quote:The defense letting the Falcons control the ball for 75% of the 4th quarter is what killed us. Correct. Obviously the Bortles pick was awful, but even if the Jags were up in the 4th, there was NO WAY that defense was going to stop the Falcons.

That's the idea, anyway. That doesn't help if the pass isn't thrown high. The pass shouldn't have been thrown, but the call shouldn't have been made either, defenses have been picking the out routes all season long. Carolina did it, tacks did it and now the Falcons have done it as well.
Offensive line didn't do Blake any favors either. The Falcons have the worse pass rush in the league.
Carr has two interceptions and one for a pick six. They should draft Paxton Lynch (sarcasm)

If he could throw that pass Robinson would have 20TDs right now.

The offense is the highlight. The defense is the low light. The coach is the black hole.

We tied the game after the pick.... it was those 3 fumbles and defense that lost it
IT WAS ALWAYS THE JAGS
