Jonathan Cyprien: "Jaguars will be a problem for opponents."
|
Let's stop it with the Beckham vs. Robinson argument. All Cyprien said was our offense will be a problem next year. He never said we will have the best WRs in the NFL or anything like that.

I live in NY, so I watch a lot of rhe Giant games to go along with all of the Jags games. ODB is better than A-rob. And that's not a diss on A-rob. Beckham is a top 3 reciever. I'd say Robinson is top 12-15.
Can you guys please move the Beckham talk to a thread about him? We already have on in the NFL At Large section. This thread is strictly about the Jaguars and has nothing to do with anybody on any other team.

Cyprien will definitely be a big part of it He is getting better. Next year I expect to see more wins because we will get some defensive players to help the offense.

Quote:please just stopWhy? Is it because he makes a couple highlight catches you get to watch on ESPN? Guarantee if he made the catch Lee made in the fourth quarter, sportscenter would have shown it 15000 times and you and Brooklyn could walk around with little cartoon hearts above your heads. Quote:ODB is overrated. Press him at the line and you throw him off his game. A DB just has to get his hands on him and be physical.Yup, and we all saw how that worked out yesterday! If the league office has any n..., he should sit the last 2 games! We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!

really?????
I guess the nine teams (and counting) that have beat them didn't get this memo!
Quote:Really? Did not get what memo?

Yeah Cyp, as soon as you're gone
THERE IS A SKELETON INSIDE OF YOU.
RIGHT NOW. THIS IS NOT A JOKE.
Would you guys put Julio Jones above OBJ? Cause Robinson is going to be like Julio in a couple years.
I see Robinson being a better receiver in the long run because of his work ethic, attitude, size, and being a better scoring threat. OBJ is more productive at the moment, but I think Robinson is a better fit for us and our offense as a whole. I don't want a sore loser that embarrasses the team/city/fans by trying to injure and possibly kill another player because he can't control his emotions. He'd be a locker room cancer and is a huge diva, so yes, I'd draft Robinson over him every single time. Once OBJ loses some of that speed and gets older, he'll be the next Santonio Holmes. Nothing but a childish punk. Not a knock on Bortles, but Robinson's stats would be even better if he had a 2x Super Bowl Champion throwing him the ball. He also has 20 more targets than Robinson, 20 more receptions because of it and only ahead of him by 250 yards. He's the Giants only offensive weapon and doesn't have to share targets with the rest of his team like ARob does.
