Quote:How didnt Poz make it I mean Bowman sure he leads the league (tied) in tackles but his stats compared to Poz

136, 100 solo, 2 Sacks, oPDef, o INT, 0 FF  - Bowman

114, 94 solo, 0 sacks, 8PDef, 3 INT, 0 FF - Poz

Keep in mind Poz missed games with two separate injuries this year!

===============

That in mind, does not having any players in the ProBowl despite their effort and skill have more to do with DC Babich & HC Gus Bradley not being able to coach better & game plan better to utilize the talent they had?

Probably because they notice Jaguars fans constantly ragging on Poz.

Whether or not Gus is retained, there needs to be drastic changes made to the defensive side of the ball. To add, this off season will be a critical one for Bortles as well. He's going to have to make that next leap if he's going to become an upper echelon QB from years to come. He's getting close though. Polish up a few things and we'll be set for the foreseeable future.

Good to see the Flat Gus Effect was in full force Sunday. Never has a team come up smaller than when the Bradleys take the field.

Gus says in his presser when asked about positions not getting it done,  they need to get out of the position what they ask for out of it. Does that apply as well to the coaching position, or is that exempt?

He's a millionaire that can't get the job done.  He should be fired next Monday.

Gus is awful. It's proven week in and week out. Unfortunately, that midseason surge and the offense's progress will probably save him.

If this game didn't remove any doubt left that he needs to go, I don't know what to say.

This team is young and we don't need another year of this level of coaching to further ruin the talented guys we have.  Cut the fat and find a coach that can get this team to a level they should be at.

This team would be in the playoffs this year with a better staff the past few years.

I have no doubt about that statement.

We should be patient. The arrow is clearly pointing up and, at the current pace, we should be .500 in just 3 more seasons.

Have faith in the flavors.

If Gus is not gone by next Monday then Shad needs to sell the team because he's an idiot. This team will not go anywhere with Gus

Hey now, Baskin=Robbins is not just "anywhere."

Let me put it this way. We have a QB who throws over 4K yards, 2 recievers go over 1 K, RB almost 1K and one of best TE in football and can only muster 5 wins. Its Gus, he's in way over his head.

Coaches have zero effect on the game, teams just hire them for photo ops and sound bites, if anything I hope they extend his contract 20 years since the players like him.

No matter which side of the fence you happen to fall on, can we all agree 2016 is boom or bust for Gus?

They could run whatever scheme they wanted and still be terrible.

We've already passed Bust.
