How does Khan see this as improvement?

#21

Khan should get with Caldwell and ensure an able assistant coach is hired in the off season. Then they'll have someone to step into the breech after Gus gets fired for losing the first four games of the season.

Freaking 5 wins in year 3 of this new regime? REALLY? 5 freaking wins? They have no pride, they are playing like they are getting ready for vacation.

In all likelihood, the Jaguars are going to finish at 5-11. Honestly, I just don't see how that is a major step forward and at some point Gus Bradley has just got to face the reality of simply not "getting it done". All the "effort was there" comments do not translate into victories and right now..........at this stage, Letting Bradley go is NOT the worst thing the owner could do.

The two coaches Khan has hired are Mularkey and Bradley. Maybe the third times a charm, but the odds are he picks another real winner.

How good are we at year 3 of a 3-year rebuild? It seems like the franchise goals are changing as we go along in order to benefit the crappy coaching

How many would we have with another coach?

That's a bad question. We can't tell what the alternate timeline would be, but we can be confident that a coach that actually develops players to play his scheme would have done better. We know Gus doesn't develop guys and he doesn't do great game planning, so really he's not fulfilling a purpose by being the coach.

A hard coached team is playing hard.

A soft coached team is playing soft. What a surprise!

We suck. As far as draft picks, we need to many. We need all new O-line, 2 D-ends, another TE, back-up QB, Saftey, All CB, MLB.

Again we suck and we will have another lost season in 2016.

Are Bortles & Robinson part of this assessment or has their development been hindered?

He's top 5 in historically bad coaches record wise.

Khan must think he is the smartest man in the room.  I hope he's right but seriously doubt he is.

You should go back and read some other threads to get your answer.

Quote:Can we trust Khan's judgement? Where does he see improvement? Yes, the offense is better but it would probably be better with anyone at HC. This team actually looks worse and worse as the weeks past. I really hope Khan reconsiders after this game.
It's really irrelevant if we trust Khan or not... he owns the team so he gets to do what he wants.
