The Jaguars has a boatload of problems and "inconsistency" at the QB position is certainly one of them. has he made strides compare to last year? Absolutely, but he still is telegraphing his passes too much and making mental mistakes. At some point it becomes a characteristic rather than a simple error in judgment.

Hard to really get any idea about the QB in a game like this where one side of the line is lookout blocking on every play.
