***Official Jaguars @ Texans Game Day Thread***

Seriously though, votes of confidence from ownership have resulted in firings before. Let's all keep our fingers crossed. As for me? I've turned off the tv.

Me. Don't let this easy chair fool you.  I know my stuff.

So far, in this game these are BB numbers. Not exactly franchise QB kinds of stats but maybe he will end it on a better note. The Jaguars has a boatload of problems and "inconsistency" at the QB position is certainly one of them. has he made strides compare to last year? Absolutely, but he still is telegraphing his passes too much and making mental mistakes. At some point it becomes a characteristic rather than a simple error in judgment.

Blake does need to improve in a lot of areas but I don't think today is his fault entirely. The line is playing poorly. With that, the Texans line is beastly. It's hard to make good plays when people are in your face or are batting the ball.

No chance on the Tinhorns making it with Hoyer the Destryer

His OL is getting beaten like a drum and there's no run offence to speak of either. Kind of hard to make things work.

Nice hit House

Jags take over on downs.

The main thing I notice is how much faster every teams defense than ours.

Look at PCGB's built defense. That's his baby. Awesome!

I'm not sure if it's speed or something else. I constantly see our guys either 10 yards off or getting badly beaten in man. Other teams seem to always be in position to tackle our guys or challenge a ball whether they're in man or zone.

Gotta score this possession to have a chance. Offense needs to wake up.

I wonder what the fate of Drob will be in the offseason.
