HAHA, no sadly. I am not a self proclaiming expert but I stand on the argument that you can look at Indy, and ask yourself are we better overall? I say yes, yet they are going to get to 7-9 or 8-8 with what I would say is a less talented roster than Jacksonville, and we got gifted so many cheese-win situations. Backup QBs, several key injuries when teams played us and we still lost more than won those games. If that is not a sign of at least half of the issue being on coaching(when a less talented team out wins you with a similar schedule) I dont know what is.

Huge mistake...we have a Super Bowl caliber GM.  Bradley is not a SB caliber NFL head coach.  Next year will have some excitement based on raw talent but will have many disappointments based on Bradley's inability to coach a team to their full potential.

Khan is just stupid for keeping Gus.

This game after Khan made this decision makes him look like an amateur, which he kind of is, but it makes him look weak.

Awful decision, he has absolutely no fire on the sideline and looks lost every game. We're going to end up wasting the prime years of our star players...

It won't take long next year for the stadium to empty. Khan can just blame himself for that. I like Caldwell and think we have a strong young nucleus of talent but part of being leaders of the organization is getting rid of what doesn't work. This goes for players and coaches.

No pain, no gain.

This is why you don't get on the Gus bus after one fluke game against the Colts.

Khan should have taken this next week to look at Bradley's body of work.  The dude is phenomenally nice but a terrible NFL HC.  Should have been fired!

Do you really think that a man as honorable as Khan would go back on his word?

All he would have to do is phrase it something to the effect of "Despite my previous vote of confidence, the coaching staff didn't respond Sunday and completely collapsed down the stretch of the season. While we have made strides and understand the importance of continuity, we finished 1-5 down the stretch, which was unacceptable given the circumstances and the stage of the rebuild". Would anyone really be mad at that?

If he's smart, he'd own up to it tomorrow.

There is nothing wrong with admitting you made a bad decision.
