We have a QB and 2 of the best young WR's in the league in place. The Browns haven't had a QB as good as Bortles since they came back and they've been through a lot of quarterbacks in that time. Honestly, you're frustrated yada yada yada but let's be honest, would you really rather follow the Browns example? Seriously? The HC doesn't report to the GM, he reports to the owner. The GM reports to someone else completely and doesn't talk to the HC. It's madness.
