You can't watch our offense play and think Greg Olson had little to do with our vast improvement. Of course he made some mistakes, but all coaches do and it was his first season with the Jaguars. He will get better.

Sure I'm hoping for a home run hire. But if it's an epic fail, I can't be the only one that doesn't really care. If Gus screws this up and they have, yet another, losing season he's gone. Then we get a new HC. So, if you're patient, it's a win win. Either it works out or we get a new coach.

The problem with these big name hires that people like TMD want is they're always in and out the door for a bigger opportunity. Wanted Adam Gase for our OC instead of Olson this year? Great! Now you lose him for a HC gig and your young QB and offense start all over again. Smart idea.
