I'm even angrier

Look how far the Texans got with a great defense and only a star WR to speak of on offense.

We have a decent offense.  If we had anything that resembled a defense, we'd make them look silly, too.

You're right. Here's the exact same post you made in page 12 of the official KC at Houston thread. But since no one replied, you had to make your own thread saying the exact same thing.

How is it that TMD is banned but this cat isnt? Theyre practically the same person.

Right, and i elaborated on that in the Jaguars forum. It didn't belong in the playoff thread. I guess you are one of thr thread police members.

How dare you insinuate that Sprinkles didn't deserve a 20 year extension.

Quote:I don't understand getting angry about any of this, extreme disappointment, yeah I get that, but anger, nah, what's done is done, can't change the course of the past season however, this coming season is win a division title or our staff needs to update resumes

This staff could only manage to win 5 games at the most after 3 years. A 2-win improvement at the most after a season. One more year ain't gonna get them to the minimum 8 wins to win a division.

This staff is toast, maybe Khan wanted to take a year to let Dave find the right coach.

Dave picking the right coach.  Just like he's built our Pro Bowl roster...

Elaborated? You added one extra sentence to the meaningless post you already made, saying the same things you've said every day for the past 6 months.

We all want better for the Jags, guy. You're not accomplishing anything but making yourself look like an [BLEEP].

We gave up 30 pts/game in the last 6 games against 1 team over .500.  How our defensive HC is still here is simply mind blowing.

Don't forget Caldwell hired not only the HC, but also selected those players responsible for that record.

The Chiefs 11 game winning streak seems like one of the lowest profile double digit winning streaks in the NFL.  I'm not sure how much yesterday's game was due to the Texans flaws on Offense,  compared to the performance by the Chiefs.   Regardless,  11 straight wins in the NFL is a heck of an accomplishment,  regardless of circumstances.  Props to Andy Reid and his Coaching Staff.

Quote:Any given Sunday. It's not a 1 to 1 comparison.
That is an extremely weak argument. Comparisons such as this are the primary means of gauging a team. "Not a 1 to 1 comparison"? Sir, teams play each other... a '1 to 1' comparison!

Gus even said this game was a measuring stick as to where we are. If this Texans team is a measuring stick then we might be the worst team in the league. I just do not see next season getting any better. If the Texans are a joke, what are we?
That would make the Jags the 'butt' of the joke.

Quote:Chiefs exposed Hoyer... Something our Defense couldnt do... But we cant forget also the offense only scored 6 points as well. Smh
I can be a little more forgiving of the poor output of our offense against the tinhorns. They do have a pretty good defense. But the total implosion of our defense... unforgivable.

Quote:This was the year where decent mediocrity as a team could of got us into the playoffs. Bortles had great stats, but the team put nothing together

I agree using Houston, who everyone knew would get blown out of the playoffs as a measuring stick was a pretty foolish statement.
Indeed. If the tinhorns were our 'measuring stick'... then this team shouldn't even be in the NFL.

And without their best player too.

Next year will be a good year. The Jaguars will either have a winning record, or they'll have a new Hc

Its not done, we still have to live through next season.

At the very least,  without their best player on Offense.

It's easy to see why Andy Reid has been to a Super Bowl and multiple Conference Championship games.
