Nothing has changed. A few nice Sunday throws that his fans can cling on to...but mostly a bunch of questionable throws/decisions, misplaced balls, unnecessary hits, and a very feeble crunch time 3 and out that would have tied the game.

Mike Evans needed to play a lot better today. He can't carry Manziel like usual with that kind of production.

I don't want to read the entire thread, but here are my thoughts:

 

You can't just go by how good he is in college; you have to look at whether he is a natural fit for your offense. The main reason Blaine Gabbert failed in Jacksonville is he was a misfit for our run-first, under-center offense. So if Johnny Manziel is not doing at TAMU what Gus Bradley would tell him to do on Sundays, he would be a bad fit for us.

 

Drew Brees is 6-1, three inches taller than Manziel. If he was like Manziel in every other way, you would take Brees without hesitation because that is a big difference.

 

I don't know what the character concerns are about, but the fact that many people don't like his personality is a red flag for the Jaguars, who always avoid the bad guys if at all possible.
