That is because early in the process, few people knew he was a top 5 talent. Some people said he was too short. Many said Shane Ray and a few other linemen were better prospects. Months later, it did not take long for Dante Fowler to be the hottest DE prospect in the draft.

That is why I think the Browns should trade down to get their quarterback. There isn't one worth the #2 pick.

I don't understand how a guy who moves like he does at 6'7'' 300lbs and is dominant against both the run and pass can be unimpressive to you? Maybe because his uniform is green and has an O on it?

How is he dominant? When I watch him his sacks are late (from qbs holding on to the ball too long), he has good run def I'll give u that, but overall overrated in my opinion... a less talented pass rusher than Dion Jordan coming out of Oregon and we all saw how that turned out for the dolphins

No they do not come with a performance guarantee. You might want to go back and look at former top five picks. Many of them were busted out of the NFL. Others were demoted. Some were unable to stay with their original teams the length of their rookie contracts. No matter how high the first round pick is, the team needs a good GM and scouting department to hit a home run instead of a foul.

I don't understand why people even create mocks before the the NFL announces all juniors who have declared for the draft. That will not happen until January 22. Analysts should wait until they know who will leave college early.
