Quote:Doubtful...AR15 doesn't push off anywhere near as much nor as egregiously as Irvin did. Maybe he was thinking about DeAndre Hopkins?
Pretty sure they all did back the, I don't think it was a penalty. Like when dline an used to club people. I could be wrong.

Quote:Im not sure where Anquan Boldin came from, the two are completely different receivers. Anquan was never a deep/jump ball WR, he just punked people until he was in the end zone.

Leaner Chad Johnson? No real comparison I can think of now.
No where close to as clean of a route runner as Chad was. Chad wasn't really that big either, 6'1 190.

I really do think the best comparison is a little mix of AJ Green and Brandon Marshall. AR15 kinda has the best of both worlds, of those two players imo. Built just like Green and runs just like him (although I believe Green is a little bit taller), but he doesn't quite have Green's route running ability yet.

AR isn't quite as big (body wise) as Marshall, but he'll go up and attack the football just like him.

*To stay up for atleast 2 years 3/6/17
2016 draft players I think will be good
 • On the Fournette train, will be best back of his class 3/6/17
 • Lattimore please, Lockdowns on both sides would be nice
 • Engram at TE and the MJD clone Samaje Perine

A Greene comparison IMO is far better than a comparison than Marshall, as he is way too physical to be compared to AR.

Chad Johnson might of listed at 190, but that dude was far from being smaller than AR.

HA! All amateurs I say!

None of these guys could get a standing O from the Jaguars faithful like Chris Doerring...

During the Pro Bowl they kept saying he is most like Michael Irvin (which Irvin had started that talk).

Walter Football had made this comparison in the past...

Player Comparison: Anquan Boldin. Robinson's game is reminiscent of Boldin. They both are well-put-together receivers who are physical and quick. Both of them are dangerous to pick up yards after the catch. Boldin went in the second round of the 2003 NFL Draft (pick No. 54). Robinson could go in the same range and be a similar style receiver as Boldin.

===============================

He is shorter than DeAndre Hopkins but they ran the 40 around the same, while A-Rob is better at jumping up and getting the ball both are good with the double move to go deep. Both are good against the Press, and while neither went over 1k in their rookie years they got better by 2nd & (we presume ARob) will be even better than Hopkins was in his 3rd.

Um. Robinson is 6'3''. Hopkins is 6'1''.

imo Robinson is nothing like Boldin. He is slimmer and faster and more athletic all around. I think Robinson is his own beast.

At age 22 having shown this talent in his 2nd year, you can you imagine how good he might be in another two years?

Fitz is a really good comparison for Hurns, but ARob also has decent speed. I'd compare him more to Reggie Wayne.

I think Robinson is going to be one that, in ten years from now, someone else will be making a similar comparison to some new up and coming star reminding them of him.

I think Michael Irvin is a good comparison but plays like Calvin Johnson the way he goes up for the ball. Hurns reminds me of Chad Johnson

A taller, faster, more sure handed, stronger Jarrett Dillard.
