I've dealt with medical professionals at every level for 38 years and have encountered the God Complex quite often, so I get what you're saying. Now that I think about it, I'm even more opposed to a Carson presidency. If he's coming up with all his nonsense on his own, we should all be scared.

He just took the biggest, most calculated risk of any candidate in both parties, an extremely bold move. He is playing 3D chess while the rest play checkers. This isn't just about Megyn Kelly, but about the supposed king-makers at Fox News. This is a major middle-finger to the GOP establishment and their media complex, and it has guaranteed him media coverage 'til the Iowa caucus. Regardless, he was going to roasted by everyone at the debate, including the moderators, so what does he do? He doesn't go (Reagan did the EXACT same thing in 1980, right before the Iowa caucus). Fox had even gone as far as to invite and incorporate anti-Trump Muslims into the debate to try and take him down (http://www.breitbart.com/2016-presidenti...6/2868743/).

 

Instead, Trump will host his own event for the veterans at the same time on another network while taking pot shots at the candidates and their debate. He isn't letting the media control him. He is in-turn playing them like a fiddle. It is exciting to watch.

 

I know you are really a policy-only guy, but you have to applaud Trump's campaign strategy.
