Do you think Hilary should be indictment for her crimes against the USA?

Quote:Well I'm sure as hell not ready for Donald or Ted or Ben.  I'll take Hilary over those 3 clowns.

Kasich, Jeb, or maybe even Rand, and we have a contest.  But that's another thread.

Lying to Congress is a crime, too, but damn I'd take Bill back in a second.  Best 8 years of my life.

It is funny how some rag on others if they don't support who they do. It's like they'd carpet bomb those if they could.

Kasich..I agree with. Or Rand. I'm not a fan of wannabe John Wayne types who talk smack, but like ,say, Christie...that pudding soft wuss talks like a bad [BLEEP] but is a fluffy girly boy underneath.

But, the nation is skeered and these shoot from the hip guys are banking on fear.

Quote:The way I understand her current problem, is that she didn't know what was classified or not.  I don't think she deliberately disseminated classified info, just put everything on a private server and then distributed as she saw fit.

Dumb move.

I think the right is trying to hang her on a technicality similar to the way Trump and others tried to hang Obama on his birthplace (Never mind that Obama's mother was an American, so according to Cruz, her offspring is "natural born").  I don't think she jeopardized anything regarding our national security, but for crying out loud, she should have known better.
I beg to differ.  ANYONE that deals with classified information "knows if it's classified or not".  Even us minions.  There is evidence that she directed staff members to "wipe" the classification labels and send the data to her.

Putting it on or allowing that classified data on her own personal server is a clear violation.  As I said before, if I did something like that, I would be sitting in a Federal Prison right now and would have my clearance revoked immediately.

It's come out that some of that information on an un-secure server was beyond Secret or even Top Secret.  That to me is a willful compromise to National Security.

There are 10 kinds of people in this world.  Those who understand binary and those who don't.

Not sure what you have read or how recent it has been but the evidence is pointing to far, far worse than "she didn't know".  General Pretaeus did much less in regards to a security breach and he resides in jail.  Imagine how this story would be treated by the MSM if this were Jeb Bush.

By banking on fear which ones do you mean?

Republicans will take away your social security or Democrats will take away your guns?

Fear that we are under attack. The world is imploding. We are being taken over. Our military is so weak, we are vulnerable.

Social security is already been used to fund other things, and guns? Pffft....I remember guys worrying Obama was going to confiscate them all almost 8 years ago. They still have them.

Fear that we are no longer the greatest nation. Fear of invasion, whether it's Mexicans, Muslims, Terrorists. Solution? Pour more into military so our life styles and high standard of living can be protected. Uh huh.

Quote:What kind of question is this?

Of course she should be indicted. She's not above the law

I mean that is the real question, with a Democrat President in charge of the executive branch (the branch that enforces the laws), will they do their job or look the other way because of who she is to their party.

Whoa, that is a lot of fear.  ;-)

My point was however that both sides do it to drum up the base.

..errr......

Not really

He wasn't even demoted.  Hell, Petraeus could run for president if he wanted to.  I kinda wish he would.  He'd immediately become top 5 among the field in my book.

BTW, he ALSO did something really, really, dumb.

How can Obama indict her?  He's in on it.  He knew from day 1 she had a secret server.  Her sent her email at that address.  Everyone at the State Department knew.  They never issued a state.gov address to her.

Clearly Republicans can think of no better thing than to keep rambling on and on about this email server.

The def. of Fear is an unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that someone or something is dangerous, likely to cause pain, or a threat.

In the eyes of a person running for President of their Party (Dem or Rep) they do see the other Party as a threat as they have opposite beliefs to the agenda they wish to push forward.

Both parties do it, and both parties cry about the other doing it.

It really simply comes down to which party you feel best represents your beliefs and if you feel the country will be better with them in power or not.

That's where the smoking gun is. That's not the whole of Hillary's trail of criminal activity.

It's obvious she committed the bigger crime of selling US foreign policy to foreign governments and businesses in exchange for donations to the Clinton Foundation and fat speaking fees, but there's no smoking gun for that. While in Arkansas there was her Cattle futures deal, and Whitewater.

But still she gets 50% of the vote in Iowa.
And she still gets feminist support after disparaging several women who cited Bill for sex crimes. According to her, women who say they've been raped need to be taken seriously, but apparently not the ones who called out her husband. They're just "trailer trash."

Then again, Ted Kennedy was re-elected to the Senate numerous times after committing murder. Policy trumps ethics, especially for Dem voters.

Watergate wasn't a topic until after the election, at which point the Pubs disowned him. That's a lot different from the way the Dems supported Ted Kennedy.

It truly is scary how our President hasn't enforced Laws because he didn't like them, and has written Presidential Executive orders to bypass Congress.  It truly has been a power grab of the Executive Branch during his 8 years in tenure.  Regardless if you belong to a political party (Republican, Democrat, other) you have to be worried that this is going to be the new NORM going forward for future presidents.

We are losing the REPUBLIC portion of our govt.

It started with Bush, if not before. Obama's just gotten it down to an art.

It started with Lincoln, accelerated with Wilson and FDR, and fully blossomed with Captain Iwon.
