Rooney Rule for women

We just like full contact sports.

When you get into the endzone, act like you've been there before.

My point is this thread is specifically about a new rule to interview women for EXECUTIVE jobs. That has nothing to do with the game itself.

OK.  I'll try to think of a job she could do for me in the office.

This is smart, forward thinking on the part of the NFL brass.  Why put an order in for 53+ sandwiches at your local sandwich shop when you can make them in house?  Multiply that by the number of days per year that players are actually in the building and you can clearly see the value that a woman brings to the table.  She'd have to be saving them 3 or 4 times whatever they're paying her.  It's really a no brainer.

Doesn't she get a ring if she wins the big one?

So this has nothing to do with the Lingerie Bowl?

I'd like to get past the lingerie as quickly as possible.

I heard on the radio that women already hold 30% of front office jobs. I didn't know that.

I'd tell her to get down to business.

I'd line her up at move tight end, send her on the fly route and then zip it deep in the seam for the score.

If she doesn't win it, I'll give her my big one for free.

In the NFL or all industries?

While driving earlier today, I noted that some women were driving cars.  Of course, they were wearing make-up or hats to try to disguise their gender...but I could see through it.

Scarlett would make a great evaluator of tight ends.

30% of front office personnel, over the last 10 years, have been nagged to death.

That, and they make it obvious by playing Pac-Man with the dotted white lane lines.

That's true of most people, unless it was a rhetorical question.

Here's a hint: in what other industry besides professional sports is there something referred to as the "front office"?

That may or may not be a rhetorical question, so I may or may not want an answer.
