I think the gap between the "description" of the video and what we can actually see are... creative at best.


Doesn't look like the best use of judgement but I'll abstain from condemning the man before more info comes out.


I think a lot of people are connecting the dots that they would like to see connected on this.

I don't think it's being overblown. I think some people here are just trying to downplay it like he did the right thing. As a man (especially one his size) you don't stand there while 2 women (both who are significant in your life) hurt each other. That is being a coward.

If I was at Publix I would have chased JW down and tackled him and returned the crabs to the store manager.

 

If I was the spouse of AP girlfriend, I would have intervened the whooping and snatched the belts, branch, whatever he was using and beat AP with it.

 

If I was at the Casino Ray was at with his wife, I would have intervened, cold-socked Rice and tell Janay to come home to me,

 

I would tell Marrone if anybody has a problem with him becoming head coach by week 4, to tell them to come see me.

If he was going to lose his cool against a woman he has even more serious problems. And if you're telling me a big d-lineman should be afraid of getting hurt from 2 women slapping each other he doesn't need to be in the NFL.

He blew an ACL in non-contact drills.  You don't think there would be any risk of injury with two women going at it the way the video portrays?  All it would take is for one of them to roll up on a leg or hitting him at a bad angle and he's back to square one, at which time you and the rest of the idiots who want to bur him at the stake would be burning him at the stake for getting injured in a stupid altercation like this.  It must be good to be able to play both sides of the fence when it comes to bashing the team.

 

You don't know the context of the situation.  We get a few second clip of the altercation in a jerky video, and somehow this is enough for you to be judge and jury.  No agenda from you, right?  No jumping to conclusion, right?  It's amazing how "thinkers" like you and UCF are sitting here trying to hammer the guy for nothing at all just because you've got this bizarre need to be angry about ANYTHING that happens to this team, players, or coaches.

Females dont always fight fair, they gouge eyes scratch, etc when fighting. One of the fighters also attack the person breaking up the fight to get to the other person.

It's funny that I showed the video to two women (that aren't football fans) at work and they shockingly saw the same thing I did.  When you take personal feelings out of the situation, its pretty obvious what happened.

You do realize Fowler posted a video of him riding one of those "hoverboards" 8 weeks ago, right? No risk of falling off that after an ACL and getting re-injured? Right? Nah.
