Malik Jackson would be a home run.

@jasoncole Two other free agent OLs who will get a lot of play are #49ers Alex Boone and #Cardinals Bobby Massie. Both could be north of $8M per year

RG3 is a washed up one trick pony bum who can't run or read a defense. I hope the Texans think he's the answer.

I agree, we should be aggressive in the players they want. However, we don't want to swing for the fences like Miami did/is. We need a future, not just a present. Overpay with balance. We are going to have to overpay; how much is the question.

Where is the secondary news? Janoris, Smith, Gipson, Nelson. We got nuttin so far. Basically its all Miami wants everybody and has no money to do it with.

Janoris and Smith have been linked to the 49ers.

It's the first day and FA isn't even technically open. Kept saying people would be disappointed today and tomorroe. There may be a few strong indicators of whose going where but it's not going to be every top guy signing at once.

@jasoncole If Malik Jackson ends up with #Jaguars (which is the strongest rumor), expect #Broncos to buy a serious offensive lineman.

I have to say compared to last year there isn't much info out right now. Last year Suh was a done deal before the FA period. Maybe on Wednesday we will know for sure.

I do like Heyward.

Honestly though, Smith is going to get a big deal, IDK if i'd pay it for him. We need a CB opposite House that can force turnovers. Smith is good and all but that's not his MO. We need more playmakers in the secondary that are going to force turnovers.

49ers are gonna screw it up, their organization ruined a top 10 qb, fired a top 5 head coach, and ran an entire defense to retirement. Why would anyone want to go there.

Question is, will Jackson be worth the money he will command?

Jason Cole is so iffy though, he is not exactly reliable all the time. Not sure what to think...

Please Rappaport, Schefty, or someone more trusted tweet something about it.

I think we like the draft this year for secondary help. It seems we're focused on an offensive lineman, Otto, and d-line in free agency.
