I'm not saying we don't sign him. I'm saying I don't get the excitement for a guy who will be over 30 when the season is underway and could be looking for a final payday. I'm not against it. It seems like something we have to do more than something to be thrilled about.

Umm, go ahead and look at my recent posts. I kept saying before FA hit to not expect all top end guys. Grab a couple guys you think can be centerpieces on the defense, maybe 3, and than fill the rest of the needs with very solid pieces that can give you production. Ayers has and always was at the top of my list after Vernon.

 

You are honestly so butthurt over Ayers its crazy. Like he could have another 9-10 sack season here next year and you'd still hate the guy.

Why the [BLEEP] does this matter? He has been the top priority once the top guy went off the board. Sean Smith was the 2nd priority to Janoris...does that mean that he sucks? Hell no.
