Well ya know, I watched maybe 8 Giants games last year...and I sure as heck didn't focus all of my attention on Ayers.

 

But you know who did? Two guys from PFF independently watched, charted, and graded every single snap that Ayers played. 

 

Why the heck would you not give credence to that? There's no way any of us have a better feel for what he did last season than they do.

With increased pressures, and a hopefully competent safety, could Dave be content with our corners? If we draft Jack or Ramsey, coverage should be better, and maybe the corners won't have to cover receivers for 7+ seconds?

Maybe they fear Marks injuries are going to prevent him from returning to pre-injury form.

Marks is a very good back up to have

PFF certainly isn't gospel, but I believe they do a good job for the most part. I love how people discredit PFF when it doesn't fit their agenda.

I wouldn't mind seeing prince in nickel or dime with house and Colvin on the outside. Closer to the end of the year Colvin was starting to get the feel for his side.

I'd rather put Prince on the outside and let Colvin cover the quicker slot receivers, I think his game is more suited to do that.

That is what I though.  Maybe Dave is honed in on Ramsey or VHIII?  I just cannot fathom him not pursuing Jenkins or Smith if CB is a high priority for him.
