Yeah, we're pretty much replacing our worst lineman (Beadles) with our best (Linder).

I honestly believe cann would have supplanted beadles at some point last year if Linder stayed healthy!

It's interesting that neither the Jags or Atlanta went really hard after Irvin. Leads me to believe he isn't that good if neither of his former DC's wanted him (enough to get his GM to pay).

Seems like the only guy they missed out on that they wanted was Vernon. Glad they did also. Highest paid DE of all time? Pass.


Skuta has a similar build to Vernon actually. Definitely won't generate the pressures like him, but it will be interesting to see.

I would not be surprised to see them take a guy in the middle round that could be a backup guard and tackle. Someone who could start down the road.

our offensive line was a huge weakness last year. what have we done? we cut one guy and didn't re-sign another. hmmmm

I still would have liked more experience and depth in free agency.  You can't tell me that you feel confident in this offensive line.
