Which is why his support is so high right now. People want someone who isn't in bed with companies, donors, etc., funding them and making decisions for those companies, donors, etc., and not the betterment of the entire country as a whole.

The religious Baker's comes to mind, they where not allowed to refuse access to homosexuals. Same story I think it was Washington the privately owned chapel wasn't allowed to refuse a gay wedding.


Then there's the whole race discrimination some people still hold the ridiculous notion of race factoring into morality or status, those individuals are federally unable to adhere to their views.


All discrimination laws create a ranking of rights and that shouldn't be the case. Public and private property are very different anything that is publically funded absolutely has to be free of discrimination but private business should have the right to refuse service for any reason. They don't want to survive fat people, white, black, spanish, English, gay, straight, old, young, male, female either we allow it or we are erroding private property and free association.

Someone with intimate knowledge and or that aided and abbetted in crimes against tge united states is not a civilian. If it is determined that there is sufficent cause for a person or persons to meet either of those criteria they can be designated as an enemy comvatant or a suspect in a criminal investigation.


As ted cruz said, watwrboarding does not meet the legal definition of torture.
