Is Bosa better than Fowler?

#1

Heard some discussions about this on 1010xl a few days ago. Dempsy had a scout on , I forget who, and he basically said that Bosa is overall more physically gifted and dominant compared to Fowler. What do you guys think? Who is the better player and who will have more success in the NFL?

Nobody has a clue how they will perform in the league.

I think a better argument would be who would you rather have? JJ Watt or Khalil Mack? Give me Mack.

Coming out of college I think Fowler is better. He is that pure OLB pass rusher. Bosa is more of a 5T pass rusher. Both players can play any position depending on the package they use on the DL, but Fowler can play LB(OTTO). Fowlers tape shows he is really explosive with a non stop motor. I think Fowler grades higher than Bosa in my opinion.

I don't think so. Fowler is better off the edge or at OLB. Agreed with the above that Bosa is better as a 5 tech pass rusher

Dente Fowler jumped out at Florida. U didn't have to look for him and he plays a position designed to let him make plays.

Boss had a down year and he projects to a position that truncates production.

Are you guys talking specifically our scheme or just in general?

Bosa is slow because he is white and has slow twitch muscles.

I like Bosa better as a prospect but that's just me. I was never huge on the Fowler pick.

Bosa looks like a bully out there, and looks very polished coming into the league.

Don't even play the same position, Fowler more explosive with more upside, Bosa more polished no surprise what your getting day one. a 5T is a stretch just saying gotta be bigger than bosa for a 5t.

This is pretty much where I'm at.

I'd rate Fowler as the fifth best defensive player in this draft behind Jack, Bosa, Buckner, and Ramsey if he were coming out this year.

Does Bosa come with any baby momma drama?

I dont know which one is better but I definitely wouldn't mind them both coming off the edge.

It's been too long since we've had dominant players on the d-line.

Absolutely a better prospect coming out.  No question.

I have a bad feeling about Bosa for some reason. He is sounding the alarms of my infamous, but typically correct eye test.

I'd like to have both. I think fowler is better lining up at otto and then moving around

On NFL.com draft analysis, they rated:

Dante Fowler 6.89 (chance to become a pro bowl-caliber player)

Joey Bosa 6.72 (same)
