NFL to Announce 2016 Regular Season Schedule...

(This post was last modified: 04-14-2016, 07:44 PM by JackCity.)

As someone posted earlier,it will be nice to see the defense tested early on in play. Chargers ,Ravens Colts all very winnable games.

yeah, I like the schedule.  If we could somehow pull off a week one upset we could set our self up nice.

Couldn't agree more. If we can beat the Packers that would be a great start to the season as well as putting our footprint as a dangerous upcoming team. I have no doubt we will put up points like we were able to last year. We just need to play some hardcore D and we will win more than we lose.

Who cares what time the game is played? Seriously..morning, day or night? What does it matter? Y'all so thirsty for primetime by the same networks that give us no respect. They can shove their primetime slots.

Quote:But we have also added Gipson FS, Prince CB, Jackson DT, Marks/Fowler coming back from injury, and whoever we draft at 5 could be Bosa/Jack/Ramsey. With that we will be way better on defense.

They better be or it will be a very long day for the Jaguars in their season opener.

Quick, who can name the last 2 season opening wins for the Jaguars?

I survived the Gus Bradley Error.

Broncos 2010? Is the last one I remember. I went to that game.

I can't recall the last two,   But the Jaguars opening day win that jumps out is when Byron Leftwich and Ernest Wilford connected for the game winning TD on the road against the Bills on what I believe was the final play of the game.

We used to win openers all the time. Last ones I can remember are the tacks in 2011 with McLuke McNown at QB and vs Denver in Tebow's debut.

Being a Jaguars fan in Michigan, primetime games are nice because I can watch the game on TV rather than my laptop.

My good friend plays for the Packers. Their defensive line took a huge hit this offseason. B.J. Raji randomly retired and his projected backup was suspended for the first 4 games.

Looks like I'll be there opening game. Was hoping the packers game was a little later in the season.

Yeah but we don't deserve a prime time game right?
