Quote:This feels a little different though. I like what they're doing. Basically what we did several years ago. Who's going to be the top QB next year? Whoever it is, he'll be a Brown.

I agree. They need a QB, but there's not a really Bortles or Carr-like talent in this year's draft. Stockpile picks to be able to move up in next year's draft (if necessary) sounds like a quality plan. It feels strange to say that about the Browns, though.

That being said, I still like Jack at 5. I think he'll revolutionize how we play defense. Imagine pairing him with Tevin Smith for the next 5-7 years! Ramsey would be a solid pick, too... Things are looking up in Jax!

Quote:There won't be any more trades. Unless someone falls in love with the Memphis QB. Highly unlikely a team trades up for a LT who's not a "cant miss prospect". Tunsil is going to fall, I think hes a bit overrated and teams believe now that hes not as sure fire as once thought. Left tackles can be found later. Its a premiere position but its not as cant miss as say a QB or even a great Pass Rusher.

All of this

So lets say it goes

1. wentz

2. goff

3. ramsey

4. jack

do we take Bosa or Tunsil or my hope swing a trade to someone who wants Tunsil.

Personally I see bust all over Bosa.

Deshaun Watson to the Browns probably. Hue Jackson can do some good stuff with him.

Quote:So exciting to know for a fact a top 3 guy will be there. Outside shot at Buckner and Lawson but doubt it with one of those 3 left.
I'm loving it.

Tunsil? No way dude.

Its one of the top 3 D guys in Bosa, Ramsey or Jack. What makes you think Bosa will be a bust over any other player?

Quote:The next player a team would trade for would either be Ramsey or Tunsil. And I dont know if its so good so far for The Jags. Titans got a boatload of picks. And a life raft~
I hope we can get somebody to trade with us for Tunsil, I think we will take Ramsey

Why wouldn't this trade have happened during the draft? The Eagles gave up that much and don't know which QB will be available yet. I'm sure there were other teams in the mix and it probably forced the issue now, but this seems like desperation on the part of the Eagles to me. Makes for good drama though.

Cleveland making what appears to be a good move for once. Probably means whichever QB goes second will wind up a hall of famer though.

I don't think Bosa will allow himself to bust. He seems like a high motor, high work ethic guy who will do whatever it takes to succeed.

Quote:When your desperate for a QB, you will do anything. All but secures us a top defender. Ive been on the Bosa bandwagon for a while now and think if heres there, Jags take a gamble. Jack would be great as well.

Tunsil could fall I'm thinking. Not even sure Chargers take him. Im getting that feeling hes not highly regarded.

1. Goff

2. Wentz

3. Buckner

4. Ramsey

5. Bosa
Tunsil is highly regarded, but so was Jockle, Fisher and Greg Robinson and a lot of these other top LT's who havent played great recently, teams are just not gonna pick them that high right now.

Yea its pretty easy actually. Bosa/Ramsey/Jack will be a Jag. Sorry to everyone who wanted Tunsil.
