As far as Jack, I have no proof besides what my gut and head tell me. Everyone says that he will come back just fine but I see him being like Lattimore and barely seeing the field. Or maybe I can give you an example thats closer to home. Marquise Lee, never can escape the injury bug, same with Derek Cox, my instincts are telling me Jack will be no different.

If we're being honest, a meniscus tear is severe enough to be chronic. That's quite a risk at 5.
