I loved Jack and wanted him at 5.....before I found out how serious hi injury is. You're not concerned? I think he's awesome, but would he even be the same player?

Being that Myles Jack didn't go in Round 1,  at the very least a red flag has to go up regarding him as a draft prospect.  At some point today or early in Day 3 of the draft,  the risk/ reward for Myles Jack will be favorable.   W/o having or understanding his medical situation as it relates to his knee,  it's extremely difficult to predict what spot of the draft he will land.   Like you expressed,  he's a top  5 caliber player w/o the injury situation.   It's very unfortunate.

Based on Dave's comments yesterday, I think if Jack is there at 38 he will be our pick. I don't see Dave trading up to get him though. Dave probably sees a lot of talents that will potentially be there at 38 so he won't feel the need to trade up. If Jacks falls to 38, then I have to believe he will be the highest rated guy on our board.

What is the probability Myles Jack will still be available at #38?

Tough question without knowing how bad that knee is. None of us were expecting him to fall this much.

If is available and doctors tell you 3-4 years before he's done is it worth a 2nd rounder?

I hope we stay away from Scooby Wright

It's either Jack or Spence fo me tonight in the second and a G/C with a trade up into the second or with our 3rd round pick.

Obviously landing both Jack and Spence would be a dream but I think we'll be lucky with one of the 2.

Why? Dude is a baller.

I don't think doctors are sure he will be done after having another surgery. They don't even know if he will need it.

PFT has us trading up to pick #32 for Jack

When would you draft him?

What other reasons do you have besides him being a "baller" for wanting him?

Don't believe it. That is just a mock. If RapSheet tweeted Dallas is trying to trade with Cleveland as stated earlier, PFT is unreliable.

IMO, I believe he would make the perfect OTTO. He's a nasty, aggressive backer who can set the edge if asked but excels when hes asked to get after the QB. The guy had 14 sacks in 2014 from the MLB position! He's always all over the field hitting the ball carrier. He didn't test well at the combine which could have him falling to the 4th or 5th round but if he does I'd jump all over him.

Take a look at his NFL comp:

Nobody knows the mathematical probability he will be there.  Cleveland, Baltimore and K.C. all could possibly take him before #38.

But if I had to put a number on it, I'd say 91.7%.

Apparently the Cowboys don't want Jack or Spence.

Looks like Wright peaked a little too early in his career to me.  No thanks to a 4.9 LB.  We are trying to get faster.

Although, Burfict dropped due to slow times I believe, and he seems to be an impact player (in more ways than one).

Josh Garnett was my sleeper pick for us in the 2nd, but Chip Kelly had the same idea for the 49ers.  Now my sleeper is Martin.  I think he goes soon after we pick, and probably no later than Houston at #52.  Why not #38?
