The way people are treating this chick is one of the reasons many rape victims don't report their crimes.  They get treated like 'skeeze's' and people accuse them of just regretting it. Especially if there's not enough evidence (which often there isn't)

 

I'm not saying that Winston raped her.  Maybe she did regret having sex with him the day after.  It's certainly something that might have happened.  But the attitude the public takes certainly doesn't help the real cases out there.  The girls that don't report it because they're afraid of how they'll be seen in the public eye. 

 

People should look past it.  If the girl was trying to ruin Winston's life, then she didn't achieve her goal.

I think what she is trying to say is that two sets of DNA:  Its possible she hooked up with her boyfriend and then whatever happened with Jameis happened.  If it was rape, then she isnt garden variety anything.

Do you care to share which artists/songs you listened to?  I am generally very open to all different genre of music -- international such as asian artist, folk music, whatever...  I do enjoy a variety of rock music.  As far as heavy metal, I'm not really that much into, but I do like some songs from bands such as ACDC, KoRn, Rage against the Machine, Metallica, System of a Down.  Are those bands considered "heavy metal"?  I don't like bands such as Slipnot and Insane Clown Posse.  What genre are they, goth heavy metal?

Again, this goes back to why its hard to prosecute rape cases.  Any random guy could go to a bar, take a girl somewhere, and rape her.  If he leaves no visible signs, he can easily say it was consensual.

You say it like it's cut and dry.  Unless she is fully intoxicated, any female who was raped would try to fight back in that situation, therefore, would leave some type of physical mark, even if it's vague.
