Derek Carr vs Teddy Bridgewater

Quote:Why is anybody responding this person?  Just a troll.  He's always been a troll and now that he has a new username, he's not holding back.

I'd be even more worried if it was a different person, mostly because 2 people with a debilitating love of all things Derek Carr is just two too many.

How do you consider me a Troll when I present nothing but FACTS?  Just because someone brings more knowledge and insight to an argument doesn't make them a Troll.

The videos don't lie.  Look at the ball placement and velocity of throws by both QBs and you will see that Carr is the better QB.

Carr’s ratio of 108 TD passes to 21 INTs is the best of any FBS QB with at least 100 TD passes.

Teddy is too skinny and can't even take a hit in college from a no name DB so imagine him getting blasted by 290lb JJ Watt.  He very well could be the first on field death in the NFL in quite some time.

Quote:Carr has only been sacked 8 times with 552 attempts with 136 yds rushing while Bridgewater has been sacked 19 times with 345 attempts and 37 yds rushing.  Carr has also scrambled for more yards and first downs.  If you actually look at the videos of their games you will notice that:

1.  Carr makes pre-snap reads and calls audibles and adjusts his players to be in the right positions, Bridgewater doesn't.

2.  Carr has more completions that travel beyond the first down marker in his last 2 games than Teddy has in his entire college career.

3.  Carr  can throw off his back foot with pressure in his face and launch 60 yards through the air completions.  Teddy can't even throw a ball 60 yards with his so called perfect mechanics.  If you really look at Bridgewater's release, it's Byron Leftwichsque.

4.  Bridgewater is pretty much a west coast weak armed QB.  He makes no "WOW" throws what so ever.

5.  Teddy is pretty much a skinny Byron Leftwich minus the arm strength.

Trust me folks, I have been scouting QBs for over 30 years and we don't want Teddy Leftwich Bridgewater.

The racial slant at the end gives it away.
I'm no racist my friend.  I'm only stating the truth and nothing but the truth.  BTW, when was the last time a Black QB lead a team to the Super Bowl victory?  That's right, it's only happened one time, but Doug Williams was only the backup that got to play because the starter was injured and Timmy Smith won the Superbowl with 221 yds rushing and 3 TDs.

More news you probably didn't know about Dear Teddy.

So after all the evidence that I have presented who still wants Bridgewater over Carr?

and what does him dressing like a woman for an assignment have anything to do with his play on the field? if joe montana wore heels to every pre game in his prime i would have still wanted him on the jaguars, whether teddy is black or white, gay or straight, dresses like a chick or a lumberjack, he is the best qb. your narrow mind troll agenda is pretty old. and you should be completely removed from the board. leave here and go to your racist forum where people will actually appreciate you.

Coughlin when asked if winning will be a focus: "What the hell else is there? This is nice and dandy, but winning is what all this is about."

Should've posted this note in this thread

Bridgewater

"Louisville quarterback Teddy Bridgewater is a favorite of mine, ranked as my second-best quarterback prospect. That's not a sentiment shared by some NFL teams. One scout I spoke with this week complained about Bridgewater's "terrible body" and the team's weak schedule. The junior hasn't yet declared, but there are rumors his value around the league isn't quite on par with the media's love affair with him."

Carr

"I spoke with three area scouts this week who all like Derek Carr as a top-five pick. Possible destinations for him include Houston, Jacksonville, Minnesota and Oakland, but keep an eye on the Cleveland Browns. Carr fits the profile that general manager Michael Lombardi and head coach Rob Chudzinski want in their quarterback."

That's what I'm trying to tell this board about Teddy.  He is scrawny and weak.  He looks more like a marathon runner than an NFL QB.

Ok look I don't know who this new guy is, but dude, do you know how to scout QBs? (Serious question.)

I've watched a lot of tape on each and written some analyses. I'm not biased, and honestly I'm not even tying to promote my stuff. But if you want fair and in depth looks at the QBs in this class please click on the links in my signature.

Who played better vs Rutgers?  Carr or Bridgewater?

Carr, 456 yds, 5 TDs, hung up 52 pts or Teddy, 310 yds, 2 TD's, 2 TO's 24 pts and numerous misses to wide open receivers.

 I rest my case.

I'd rather have a QB who put up 464 yards, 5 TD's on 39 attempts vs. an Alabama
team..

JFF is not a real QB.  He can't make all the NFL throws.  He's too small and plays backyard football.  No one wants that fool besides the NY Jets who want the circus to continue.

I honestly can't really take anything you say seriously.
