The first two after typing "men dressed as women attacking women"  Feel free to continue the research.  It is happening maybe not as often as a murder in Chicago but it is happening regardless of whether you acknowledge it or not.

 

The first incident from 2011 is so vague it is three sentences long. It does not explain why the man was dressed as a woman.  It says the man attacked the girl she screamed and was left rattled, but unharmed.

 

The second incident is also a bit vague, but from what I can tell a man stalked a female realtor and tried to lure her into a house.  She seemed to sense there was something off about the situation and didn't take the bait.  So he tried to attack her in front of the property.

 

I will note that neither of these incidents took place in a bathroom.  I acknowledge these incidents exist, but do not accept their existence as an indication this type of thing has not happened in rare occurrences before.  I have cited multiple government officials in states where these laws have been passed (in some cases for decades) state there has been no increase in this type of thing occurring with any increased frequency.

Why is it so easy for me to find incidents of LGBT people being attacked?  These are all within the last year.  The top hit in my search didn't take me to 2011.  It's as if LGBT people are significantly more often the victim of violence..

 

But you are seeking to connect the dots through a simple Google search instead of reality.  You seek men dressed as women attacking women as justification for your argument.  You link to vague incidents, but can you consider that these types of things may have been happening in very rare cases all along?  Can you accept the statements from government officials I linked to when they say there is no increase of such incidents?  That when they say 'no increase' they may be assuming an extremely low percentage of incidents like this which have been occurring from time to time with less of a spotlight as there was previously no reason for you to even enter that Google search?

Well.. I know several including one that is in kindergarten, the child of a friend from high school. The kid was born male, but started showing signs around two that being born with boy parts does not mean that the child self identified as a boy.


I will pause here to note this has NOTHING to do with any sort of sexual attraction or preference as no kid that young should have any self awareness of their sexuality in any way which is not a reflection of their maternal and paternal family connection. For example. Mommy is a girl. Daddy is a boy. They are my parents because they got together and made me. I would hope this is benign enough for everyone.


So around two years of age, this kid starts saying things like.. I want my hair long like mommy. I don't want a wife when I get old, I want a husband.


This child also felt very uncomfortable being forced to wear boy's clothes. This was not a choice. This was certainly not what my friend wished for her child. She eventually started to take the child to a psychologist who asked a series of questions and quickly deduced what we knew, her child was a girl in a boy's body. She lives her life like just about any other young girl and is oblivious to much of the struggle her family has shielded her from because of it. I consider this child fortunate to have been born into a loving and accepting family (I linked to a local incident above which was far from this image of family). Her mom simply decided to love her child as she was born. And her family has been the target of incidents of chargeable discrimination because of it.


You can research the science of what transgender means or you can take that giant leap and actually talk to one. You'll find some incredible similarities if you are brave enough to talk to two or three (and live to tell the tale).


I hear a lot of unoriginal jokes mocking the concept of a sexual identity. I would like to point out that trans people are not just deciding one day to be trans and, maybe in a few years they may decide to not be. To keep floating that type of ignorant notion is evidence there is a severe lack of education on this subject. There are dozens of scientific studies which almost all draw the same conclusions about the how and the why. You don't have to take my word for it.


I would also add.. why would someone choose that life if they actually had a choice? If you could answer that, you'd be the first.

It's not my solution. It's just one I support. I assume you do not have an alternative proposal.


You don't agree with allowing trans people to use the bathroom they're most comfortable with because of 'fears' and 'concerns.' You linked to Google searches to articles I had to read for you to verify their content (which proves you seemingly don't care to defend your stance). Your mind is made up regardless of any fact I pose to support the argument this solution does not have the boogeyman collateral damage you allude to occurring. You reject the statements of multiple government officials when they say these policies are not creating any increase in bathroom attacks. But are unable to dispute the validity of any of their statements.


You don't deny trans people are targeted for violence for being who they are. You just don't care enough to really concern yourself with their fight (until you let people with agendas plant the notion allowing them to use the bathroom they feel comfortable with makes others unsafe - despite the facts. That's where the boogeyman comes in.). Fortunately, a number of people with more influence than you are not afraid to implement laws to protect them. I'm sorry your feelings on the matter give you irrational fears and concerns which you are incapable of justifying.


I numbered a bunch of facts in an earlier post and linked to some decent articles. Feel free to not read those either. You can say you don't agree with something. But when someone asks you 'why?' and you do not produce any reason why, it's easy for others to not legitimize your fears and concerns too. The idea that ANYONE would take the behavior of a two year old and subject that child to their post modern pseudo intellectual social engineering is a fundamental abomination.  Kids are kids.  they shouldn't be mixed up in this.  Full mental development doesn't occur until the mid 20's.   adult hormones don't start till they are two.  The idea that you would cede the kind of cost risk analysis needed to undertake that kind of lifestyle choice to a two year old is ridiculous.  To quote the senator "We have gone stark raving mad."

2. None of what I am saying here is new to you. You know very well from previous posts on this child that the signs started at two and the decision to let the child live as the gender she self-identifies as was not taken lightly and took place over the course of several years. Once upon a time I offered to meet you in person to discuss the reality of what that family endured since you claimed I was making up things. That was before I knew you were a simple troll. I decoupled self identity and sexual attraction in the case of a child. NO child should have more than a hint about their sexuality until they are a bit older. It is not surprising you could not grasp this. I stated it clearly.
